Biography
Gloria M. Middleton, age 73, formerly of Kiel, WI, passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Don Diener in Sheboygan on Wednesday evening, July 21, 2010.
Gloria was born January 22, 1937 in Port Huron, Michigan to George and Marie (Zaptockey) Mosurak.
On January 4, 1955 she was united in marriage to Allen Middleton in Marysville, Michigan. They moved to Florida until 1968 when they relocated to Sheboygan. Allen preceded her in death on May 11, 1999.
Gloria was a wonderful homemaker and caretaker who thoroughly loved being with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Don) Diener of Sheboygan; her son-in-law, Branden Brandenburg of Kiel; seven grandchildren, Anzur (Steve) Van Gorp, Jay Erdmann, Kelly (Jamie) Hintzelman, Joel Hintzelman, Jeff (Allisha) Brandenburg, Tim Brandenburg and Kyle Brandenburg; great-grandchildren; one brother, Richie (Dorothy) Mosurak; one sister-in-law, Becky Mosurak; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Roxanne Brandenburg on July 17, 2010; two sisters, Nancy Mosurak and Lorraine Silk; and two brothers, George Mosurak and Larry Mosurak
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 at Ballhorn Chapels. Fr. Dan Felton, Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, will officiate. Burial will follow at Wildwood Cemetery. A time of visitation and support will be held from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
Gloria will always be remembered for her enormous heart,
her selflessness and her open arms to everyone. She will be dearly missed.
