Ronald Winter

Sheboygan

Ronald H. Winter, 72, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. He was born September 20, 1949, in Plymouth to the late Clarence and Elvira (Spindler) Winter.  Ron graduated from Random Lake High School with the Class of 1968, and then went on to graduate from Beaver Dam Vocational School in 1972.

On May 28, 1999, he was united in marriage to Wendy Ritt – Brannon.

Ron worked for the Muth Company, ASSA, and IAC as a journeyman maintenance millwright. He retired in July of 2010 from IAC.

Ron enjoyed the outdoors, camping, sitting around the fire pit with neighbors and friends telling jokes, and feeding the birds and chipmunks.  He was an avid Packer fan.

Ron is survived by his wife Wendy (Ritt-Brannon) Winter, daughter Rachael (Matt) Falle of Sheboygan, son Garret Winter of Sheboygan, step-daughter, Heather Brannon of Sheboygan, step-grandchildren, Aaron and Kaitlyn Kunstman of Sheboygan, grandchildren, Charlie and Evelyn Falle of Sheboygan, brothers, David (Kathy) Winter of Sheboygan and Leroy (Leslie) Winter of Waldo, sisters; Delores Winter of Clintonville and Marlene Winter of Sheboygan, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Ralph Winter and sister Bernice Winter.

A private family celebration of Ron’s life will be held at a later date.
