Billy Gene Grider, 65, of Howards Grove, WI, went to be with his Lord on October 10, 2013 after battling heart disease for 26 years. He was born in Liberty, Kentucky on May 26, 1948 to the late Loyd and Arlie (Martin) Grider. He graduated from Casey County High School in 1965. On November 25, 1967 he married Sharyn Ann Kammerzelt. Billy started working at Watry Industries in 1967 as a caster. He concluded his working years at Watry as the General Manager before retiring in August 2011. In addition to his wife Sharyn of 45 years, he is survived by his 2 daughters: Debbi (Mike) Slimmer and their 4 children, Taylor, Elyse, Parker, Eden all of Sheboygan, WI, Heather (Chris) Hanratty of Austin TX, His sisters: Judy (Erman) Caudill, Kay Grider, Rhonda Atwood all of Indiana, His mother in law Laura Kammerzelt, His brother in laws: James (Diane) Kammerzelt of Oconto Falls, WI, Robert (Patty) Kammerzelt of Cleveland, WI, Gerald (Linda) Kammerzelt of Sheboygan, WI, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and numerous great friends. A Christian Funeral Service for Bill will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church (1121 Georgia Ave, Sheboygan) with Pastor Alan Kubow officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 pm until the time of service. From Bill: "Thank you to Aurora Health Care Systems, the nurses and staff in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee. A very big thank you to my friend and doctor, Dr. Atul Bhatia, for the special care and extended life he provided for me." In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Bill's name at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
