Dustin Born-Drews

Dustin Thomas Born-Drews, 19, of Sheboygan, died tragically on Sunday, September 17, 2017 in Fort Myers, Florida.
He was born March 25, 1998 in Sheboygan to Anthony Drews and Christy Born. He was a 2016 graduate of Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, WI.
Dustin and his father established Metal Manipulations & 3MC Speed Shop in 2012, where he worked alongside him restoring classic cars. He was also employed at Precision Roofing of Sheboygan.
Dustin enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, camping, skateboarding, longboarding, listening to music and Chevy trucks. He was very fond of the ocean, and had a generous heart, charismatic smile, and a contagious laugh. He was a big brother to three siblings that looked up to and adored him. He could enter a room and brighten it with his smile and presence. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and helping others.
Dustin is survived by his parents, Anthony (Christina) Drews and Christy Born of Sheboygan; his siblings, Destiny Born, Aleczander Drews, and Scarlett Drews; maternal grandparents, Clyde and Carolyn Born; paternal grandparents, Barry Drews and Cindy (Rodney) Velier; step-grandparents, Lenny (Susan) Wolf and Margaret Wolf; great-grandparents, Elizabeth Molinaro and Jill Drews; aunts and uncles, Nick Isferding, Anne (Jeff) Legemaat, R.J. (Emily) Velier, Heather (Casey) Meyer, Joseph Velier, Lizzy Velier, Sophia Velier, Michael Velier, Johnny Velier, Danny Velier and Austin Weister; cousins and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Tommy Drews, Carroll Underwood, Milton (Valeta) Born, Max (Dorothy) Groy; and his godfather, Mike Kaftanski.
A memorial gathering in celebration of Dustin's life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels and Cremation Care Center followed by a procession and burial at Wildwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dustin's name.
