Justin J. Pitz

Justin J. Pitz, age 47, of Sheboygan Falls met his Lord and Savior in heaven on Monday, March 13, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, from a brief and courageous battle with lung cancer.

He was born in Sheboygan on January 21, 1976, to Jerome and Jean (Matt) Pitz. He graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School, class of 1994. Justin was a receiving clerk for Curt G. Joa Inc., working there for over 30 years.

Justin loved disc golfing, camping, video gaming, fishing trips with his daughter and tending to his many plants. Being at Road America frequently was something Justin found great enjoyment in. Above all, spending time with his family and furry friends was a blessing to him. His willingness to help others, especially grilling out for family functions will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his daughter, Autumn Pitz; father, Jerome Pitz; siblings, Jackie (Tim) Arnoldi and Joel Pitz; nephews and niece, Alex, Hayden, Grant, Brooke and Cole Arnoldi; aunts and uncles, Jerry (Kathy) Matt, Jim (Joanne) Matt, Patti (Warren) Clemens and Vicki (Jim) Theune; and his dog, Sir Finley James; many cousins and friends further survive.

Justin was preceded in death by his mother, Jean; a cousin Rachel Matt and his grandparents, Clifford and Dorothy Matt and John and Marie Pitz.

A Memorial Service for Justin will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Immanuel Bible Church, 2428 Superior Ave. in Sheboygan with Pastor Curtis Lamansky and Pastor Jerry Matt officiating. Family will greet visitors at church on Saturday from NOON until the time of the service. Justin will be laid to rest at Sunrise Memorial Garden.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Justin’s name.
