Kenneth Hobolich

Kenneth "Ken" T. Hobolich, age 88, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Ken was born February 28, 1929 to the late John and Anna Hobolich. He was a multiple sport athlete during his years at Central High School, earning a football scholarship to Indiana University. Following high school, he began a 43 year career with the Vollrath Company where he was a metal designer. On September 10, 1988, he married Judy Schram. Ken was a longtime member of St. Cyril & Methodius Parish. Ken had a wonderful sense of humor that will always be remembered.

Ken is survived by his wife, Judy; 7 children: Nancy (Leonard) Helmer, Tom Hobolich, Joel Hobolich, Lisa Peterson, Don Reetz, Laura (Dale) Engstrom and David (Shelli) Reetz; 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Michael Hobolich and his great-granddaughter, Michelle Hobolich.

A private graveside service will take place at a later date.
