Lydia Ramminger

Lydia Ramminger, 62, of Sheboygan, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. She was born March 6, 1959, in Nuremburg, Germany. She enjoyed working for many local nursing homes in housekeeping. Lydia enjoyed walks in the summertime, coloring, painting, cross-stitching, and was an avid reader.  She also enjoyed attending the weekly bible study and was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Lydia is survived by her two loving sons, Kevin (Tabitha) Ramminger, of Marshall, and Kyle Nelsen, of Sheboygan; three grandsons, Liam, Emmett, and Colton Ramminger; brother, Dieter Zajonkowski, of Nuremburg, Germany; along with many other half siblings, nieces, nephews, friends, and family.  Lydia was preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Loris (Atkin) Nelsen

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022, at 4:00 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 824 Wisconsin Ave, Sheboygan, with Rev. Timothy Mech officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the CHURCH. If you are unable to attend the service, it will be livestreamed on Lydia’s obituary page on the funeral homes website.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mental Health of America in Sheboygan County in Lydia’s name.
