Michelle Herm

Michelle A. Herm, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice surrounded by her family. She was 49 years old.

Michelle was born April 26, 1968 in Sheboygan, the daughter of Joseph and Janice (nee Meyer) Herm. She attended school in Sheboygan, and graduated from Sheboygan North in 1986. For over 17 years, Michelle was a CNA at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home in Sheboygan. She retired in 2002.

Michelle was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She loved gardening, flowers, cooking, baking, bonfires, camping, and being outside in nature. When her children were young, she was very involved in their school activities and volunteering in their classrooms. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family.

She is survived by her children: Breanna (Sam) Hartmann of Blaine, MN, Sierra Joosse (DJ Murray) of Sheboygan and Gunnar Joosse (Erin Landgraf) of Sheboygan. She is further survived by her grandchildren: Brayden, Braxton and Kalvin Hartmann, her mother Janice Herm of Sheboygan, fiancé Kevin Reetz of Sheboygan, brother Michael Herm of Sheboygan Falls, sister Melissa Herm (Terry Ernst) of Sheboygan, nephew Aaron Warner and his children Braden and Jaxson Bodi, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father Joe Herm, sister-in-law Denise Herm, and her grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8th St. in Sheboygan. Pastor Tim Mech will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested.
