Randy R. Popp

Randy R. Popp, 62, of Sheboygan passed away on June 22, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 1, 1962 to the late Servatius Durben and Adeline Popp. Randy was a graduate of Kiel High School.

He worked as an electro-maintenance mechanic at Kohler for many years. Randy was fascinated in civil war history and enjoyed reenactments of battles. He was a lifelong dog lover, devoted to his three beloved dogs—Zoey, Ziggy, and Izzy B. While Zoey and Ziggy have passed on, Izzy B remains as his faithful companion.

Randy is survived by his wife Kristine Popp; children Maxwell Popp, Russell (Michelle) Popp, Andrea (her partner Justin), Ethan (fiancée Juvia) Popp, Tabitha Johnson, Cassidy (fiancé Ryan) Jarrett; grandchildren, Henry, Freyja, Finja, Emmerich, Edelina, Wielandt, Antje, Ava, Sofia and Zachary; stepmom Toni Durben; siblings Cynthia (Mark) Maas, Bradly (Katie) Durben, Douglas Durben, Becky (Earl) Blake; mother-in-law Terri Morris; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Servatius Durben and Adeline Popp.

Visitation will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N 8th St., Sheboygan, WI 53081. The service will be available via livestream recording on the funeral home’s website.
