Walter Robert Dvorak Jr., age 77, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025, at Sheboygan Senior Community. He was born on June 24, 1948, in Green Valley, Wisconsin, to Walter and Josephine (Soczka) Dvorak.
Walter was a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served in the Vietnam War from 1969 to 1971. After his time in service, he returned home to marry the love of his life, Ellen Schmidt, on May 1, 1976, in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
Walter worked at Pace Industries as an Alloy Driver and retired in 2017 after many years of dedicated service.
A man of simple pleasures, Walter enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, hunting, and going out for breakfast—often making the most of every moment. He was also a fan of watching TV, with a particular fondness for westerns and wrestling. Above all, Walter treasured spending time with his family.
Walter is survived by his children, Robert (Kendra) Dvorak and Beth (Jared) Spencer; grandchildren, D’Kota Dvorak, John Dvorak, Kierra Spencer; brother, Roger (Betty) Dvorak and sisters, Joanne McHugh, Virginia (Wally) Fleischman, Violet Guenther, and Delores (Jim) Brun.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Ellen Dvorak and his brother Richard Dvorak.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Sheboygan Senior Community for the excellent care shown to Walter.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Walter’s name.
Wally's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and he will be fondly remembered for the quiet strength and joy he brought to those around him. Rest in peace, Wally. You will be greatly missed.
