William H. "Bill" Rahn

William H. “Bill” Rahn, 77, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Rocky Knoll Nursing and Rehabilitations Center.  He was born February 1, 1946 in Sheboygan to the late William G. and Geraldine L. (Luedke) Rahn.  Bill graduated from Sheboygan North High School with the Class of 1964. Following graduation, he worked at Kohler until he enlisted in the US Marine Corp with other friends and served in Vietnam from 1966 to 1969. He was stationed in Kason, Phu Bai, and Danang.

Bill drove semi most of his life driving for Gilson in Plymouth, then CW Transport, and he retired from T & T Holland (USF Holland).

Bill was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, he played guitar in a band while in High School, and loved to garden, and visiting with others sharing his thoughts about life.

Bill is survived by his son Nick Rahn, daughter Melisa Rick-Grapentine, and brother Gerald (Carol) Rahn.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 1:00PM at Rocky Knoll N7135 Rocky Knoll Pkwy, Plymouth, with military honors to follow.  Inurnment will take place at 2:00 PM at Wildwood Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 11:30 AM until the time of service at ROCKY KNOLL. If you are unable to join the family for Bill’s service, it will be livestreamed on Bill’s obituary page on the funeral home website.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Rocky Knoll Life Enrichment Fund in Bill’s name.
