I am deeply saddened at learning that Alan is no longer with us. He was gregarious, with  great smile. His smile seemed to always imply that he knew something that you didn't.
Many thoughts now return with the basketball games, having fun at a given wayside...
My thoughts go to his wife, kids and family. As long as we remember, he will always be with us. My deepest condolences.   Kurt

I am so sad to hear of Alan's passing. I have many family memories, of vacations, lots of kids in rowboats fishing and "turtle hunting." Alan meant a lot to my dad in his later years, as the dear son of his best hunting buddy. They are all back together, I hope the fish are biting and the birds are flying. love and condolences to the family. Carol you are in our hearts and in our prayers.  Jeanne (Hendrikse) Hunter and husband Steve Hunter
