Rose Anderla

Rose Mary Anderla, 59, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Rose Mary was born March 8, 1953 in Two Rivers to the late Lester and Dorothy (Monfils) Anderla. She attended Bergland Community School in Upper Michigan, class of 1971. Rose Mary was actively involved with Michigan Welfare Rights, Michigan Legal Services and Up and out of Poverty Survival Coalition. She served on the Gogebic - Ontonagon Community Action Governing Board. She also served on the Head Start policy council and the Child Protection council. For her enjoyment she was also a Girl Scout Leader, and worked in her mother's ceramic shop. Rose Mary was the loving mother of her son Michael (Nikki) Anderla of Wausau. She is also survived by her four grandchildren; Bentley, Faith, Bam and Anastasia, her brothers Tim Saubert and Tom (Lori) Saubert, her sisters; Barb (Dave) Mahr, Leslee Anderla, her step father William Saubert, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Per Rose Mary's wishes, private family services will be held. The family would like to thank St. Nicholas Hospital Hospice and Dr. Bettag for the loving care they provided for Rose Mary.
